When A. approached Kartavyam Trust, procedural uncertainty and documentation requirements made pursuing the grievance feel overwhelming. Through structured guidance and clear procedural support, confidence replaced hesitation. The intervention demonstrated that true empowerment begins with awareness and understanding.
